BOOKING POLICY

Once paid, booking fees are NONREFUNDABLE and cannot be transferred to another artist in the shop or to another client. Please be sure about making the appointment before paying the booking fee. We cannot offer your money back if you change your mind. Booking fees are held for a period of no more than one year.

RESCHEDULING POLICY

Five to seven days prior to your appointment, you will receive a confirmation text message. Please respond to this message promptly.

If you need to reschedule at that time, we will offer any available dates. However, we can only allow for rescheduling twice; after the third request to reschedule, you must come to the next appointment or forfeit the booking fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are unable to make your appointment for any reason, you must contact Ms. London’s assistant or call the studio at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to your session. Please be sure to reach out via email, phone, or text message. Direct messages on social media are not acceptable forms of contact in this case.

Failure to contact us in a timely manner may result in the loss of your booking fee and/or the inability to book a future appointment. If you are rescheduled after a last-minute cancellation, payment for the tattoo must be made in full before booking.

If you do not come in for your scheduled session and do not notify the shop that you will not be coming (No Call No Show), you will forfeit your booking fee and may not be considered for a new session.

APPOINTMENT POLICY

Any work completed within the time slot of your session is included in the overall cost. This may include one single tattoo or multiple. To be fair to all clients booked on the day of your session, tattoo work will stop prior to the time listed. Each session includes the set-up, stenciling of the tattoo, and the breakdown and wrapping of your tattoo.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your session, a fee of $50 will be added to your total.

Please be sure to prepare for your tattoo session. You should not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs of any kind. Avoid the use of lotions or cosmetics on the area being tattooed. Eat a solid meal before arriving at the shop. Snacks and drinks during your session are encouraged.

Ms. London does not work with any numbing creams, including any you may personally own. If you arrive with numbing products already applied, you will forfeit your session and will be rescheduled according to the policy stated above.

MINOR POLICY

In the state of Florida, we legally cannot tattoo anyone under the age of 16. For minors aged 16 and 17, we must have a notarized consent form (either provided by us or from the health department website), the presence of the parent/legal guardian who completed the form, and a government issued photo ID for both the parent/legal guardian and the minor. There are no exceptions to this policy.

We try to be as family-friendly as possible, and we understand that there are times when children will be present in the shop. However, we ask that you supervise your children at all times, both for their safety and for the health of the clients in the shop. We will also hold parents responsible for any damages that occur. If children become too unruly inside the shop, their party will be asked to leave.

AFTERCARE & MAINTENANCE POLICY

Ms. London takes great pride in the work that is performed in our shop and wants you to be proud of it as well! Therefore, we offer a range of aftercare and maintenance products to heal your tattoos and to help keep them bright and beautiful for years to come!

We offer INK-EEZE brand products for sale in our shop, including aftercare sprays and creams, cleansing soaps, healing ointments, sunscreen, and moisturizing lotions.

After each procedure, Ms. London will provide you with an aftercare sheet with instructions on how to care for your tattoo. If you have any questions or concerns during the healing process, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

If we find that you have failed to follow our aftercare instructions, which resulted in an infection or similar medical event, we will decline to work with you in the future.

Ms. London insures her work for one year. If the tattoo you received needs to be touched up, please reach out to us to schedule that followup appointment. After the first year, or after the first touchup, any scheduled touchup sessions will be at your cost.
